Pineda Bookkeeping & Tax Services provides a range of services to individuals and businesses, including:

Bookkeeping Services

We provide comprehensive bookkeeping services, including but not limited to:

  • Chart of accounts setup
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Accounts receivable and payable management
  • Financial statement preparation

Tax Preparation Services

We prepare various tax returns, including:

  • Individual tax returns (1040)
  • Business tax returns (1065, 1120, 1120S)
  • Sales tax returns

Payroll Services

We manage payroll processing through Gusto, including:

  • Tax filings
  • Direct deposit
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding

Tax Advisory Services

We provide tax planning and consulting services to help clients minimize their tax liability.

Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for the following:

Bookkeeping Clients:

  • Timely submission of source documents (e.g., receipts, invoices)
  • Granting access to bank accounts for reconciliation

Payroll Clients:

  • Maintaining sufficient funds in payroll accounts
  • Providing necessary employee information (e.g., W-4 forms, direct deposit information)

Tax Preparation Clients:

Providing accurate and complete tax documents

Tax Advisory Clients:

Open and honest communication with our advisors

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service. Clients will receive a detailed invoice outlining the specific fees for each service.

Bookkeeping: Monthly billing, with a minimum fee of $500 per month.
Payroll: Monthly billing, with fees based on the number of employees and payroll complexity.
Tax Preparation: Fees vary based on the complexity of the tax return.
Tax Advisory: Monthly billing, with fees based on the level of service provided.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their services at any time. However, clients are responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including tax returns, financial reports, and other work product, belong to the client.

Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of our clients’ information. We implement appropriate security measures to safeguard sensitive data.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If these methods fail, the dispute will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Bexar County, Texas.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
